Converse came calling when the brand decided it was time to launch their own line of skateboard shoes to compete with the major players in the category. We developed the strategy, and co created the concept to showcase the Converse team and X-Games medalist Rune Glifberg skate the famous Pink Motel with the release of his signature shoe. Converse up’d the production by wanting to be the first skate shoe brand to deliver its release in 3D. We shot this with a highly technical 3D team and released the content via, television, on the web, and a theatrical 3D premiere in Los Angeles, CA. The content received millions of views and impressions and helped launch Converse into the category.
