Bio

Moz Mirbaba is a strategic finance and operations executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience guiding financial strategy, enterprise performance, and operational transformation across complex organizations. His career spans finance, marketing, technology, and entrepreneurship, giving him a unique perspective on how financial strategy, operational execution, and market dynamics intersect to drive long-term business value.

Moz currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Choice Solutions Services (CSS), a multi-state insurance claims risk management organization. As CFO, he oversees financial strategy, enterprise reporting, compliance, tax, and financial governance across several vertically integrated businesses within the CSS portfolio. In this role he partners closely with executive leadership and operating teams to strengthen financial discipline, improve performance analytics, and support strategic growth initiatives across the organization’s insurance, risk management, government services, and technology businesses.

Prior to becoming CFO, Moz served as Executive Vice President at CSS, where he led cross-functional operations including sales and marketing, human resources, and compliance while helping guide the organization’s operational expansion and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Moz served as Vice President of Marketing at HealthAware, a health risk assessment and behavioral health technology company. During his tenure he led a comprehensive brand and go-to-market transformation that accelerated growth and helped position the company for its eventual acquisition.

Moz is also an entrepreneur and founder. He co-founded Windowseat, an award-winning content marketing agency and entertainment studio that grew into a multi-million-dollar organization with offices across Los Angeles, Orange County, Burbank, and Denver. Under his leadership, the firm expanded internationally through a global marketing network spanning more than 65 countries and served leading global brands including Nike, Mattel, Lucasfilm, Apple, Hyundai, and Anheuser-Busch.

Moz began his career in advertising and marketing leadership roles with global and national agencies including DDB (Hong Kong and Dallas), McGarrah-Jessee, and The Integer Group, as well as marketing roles with AT&T Broadband and early internet startup Kickstart.com.

He holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Southern Methodist University.

Outside of work, Moz lives in Denver, Colorado with his daughters and enjoys snowboarding, tennis, pickleball, music, travel, and working on classic cars and woodworking projects.
